Donald Trump Lies

A letter writer beseeches us not to elect a liar to the Oval Office. I couldn't agree more. Donald Trump is a consummate liar. He has no concept of the truth and he constantly flips and flops his position to take advantage of the prevailing winds.  He lied to congress in 1993 about the Indians operating casinos.  He claims not to be a racist yet in the 1970s he was sued by the Department of Justice for systematically blocking blacks and other minorities from renting apartments in his buildings.  As reported in the New York Times he has lied on multiple occasions to misrepresent the strength of his businesses and his wealth. He is being sued by ex-students of Trump University for lying about the benefits of Trump University in order to get maximum payments from them. He lied on the most recent episode of "60 minutes" about his position on the Iraq war claiming that he always opposed it when in fact he didn't come out against it until it was politically correct to do so in 2004. He lied about Obama's support for the Veteran's Administration. He lied about what the FBI director said of Hillary Clinton. The man lies constantly and repeatedly.  His lies will destroy America if he is elected. The GOP is responsible for this impending disaster. The reasonable people in our midst need to vote to prevent such a menace ever getting close to the most powerful seat in the world.
